Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience that exceeds expectations.
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
