Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing product and service information, and developing key selling skills. Key Responsibilities
- Administer inbound calls, engaging with entrepreneurs and executives, and gathering information about their needs and preferences.

- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
- Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized customer service environment.
- Archive essential record data according to established procedures and protocols.
Essential Qualifications
- Customer care experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate an online environment.
