We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven operator to support our growing retail team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments and knows how to keep complex retail operations moving without dropping the ball. You’ll be the operational backbone behind key retail accounts—owning shipment coordination, purchase order accuracy, retailer communication, and compliance across major partners like Walmart, Menards, and Dollar General.
What You’ll Own
Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery to key retail partners
Manage routing guide compliance, booking, and scheduling requirements
Maintain and monitor purchase orders with accuracy across systems
Serve as a point of contact for retailer logistics and buyer communication
Ensure labeling and compliance standards are met to avoid chargebacks
Track, dispute, and resolve deductions tied to shipping/compliance issues
Keep internal teams aligned on order status, delays, and operational blockers
Partner cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain support
Experience working with retailer portals (Walmart Retail Link, Menards, Dollar General, etc.)
Strong understanding of routing guides, retail compliance, and labeling standards
Comfortable managing POs in ERP/order systems (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Clear written communication and strong operational judgment
Able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment

LTL / FTL freight coordination
Chargeback / deduction dispute experience
3PL or warehouse operations exposure
