We're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer. **Job Summary** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized solutions to our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their individualized needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, managing the production queue and output, managing complex projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized solutions to our customers' needs * Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store * Ensure confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
