**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, anticipating customer needs, and providing tailored solutions
* Providing expert knowledge of our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping
* Taking complex customer orders, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records
* Operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
* Assisting with training and development of new team members
* Collaborating with management to improve internal processes and optimize profitability
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 6 months of specialized experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
* Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in retail or customer service
* Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping products and services
* Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and financial transactions
* Ability to operate with minimal supervision and take initiative to improve processes and procedures
