With operations in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and the USA, we’re committed to making a real difference in healthcare and clinical research.  Here’s what you can look forward to: •  Generous Time Off – 23 days of annual leave to recharge and unwind  •  Financial Security – Excellent company contributed pension & 4x salary death-in-service benefit  •  Comprehensive Healthcare – Company contributed private medical insurance for your well-being  Responsibilities: •  Provide PFT over-reading service for new and existing clinical trials:         o  Expert review of clinical trial data, assessing suitability and compliance with latest ATS/ERS guidelines. •  Reviewing and analysing Respiratory study reports when needed         o  Looking at trends in patient Respiratory testing data, identifying any anomalies/significant declines and identifying these as potential safety issues.         o  Looking at reports to identify any Investigator sites that need re-training. •  Reviewing new/potential sponsor protocols for the practicability of lung function and ECG testing for Investigator use and Vitalograph programs •  Reviewing and analysing biological control (BioQC) and Accuracy Check reports when needed         o  Looking at trends in data, identifying any equipment abnormalities   •  Internal training for Vitalograph personnel          o  Relevant therapeutic areas, respiratory physiology, pulmonary function   tests, ECG testing and associated equipment. •  Training Monitors and Investigators          o  At Investigator meetings, on site, or providing additional training via the telephone/web.         o  Developing online training courses in Respiratory Testing.  •  External training of client clinical trial personnel in Respiratory testing. •  Providing specialist knowledge support within the clinical trials team. •  Writing and updating SOPs. •  Writing and presenting expert posters at scientific conferences. •  Other reasonable tasks as requested by the Company Secretary, Program Manager, Senior Project Managers or Vitalograph Senior Management. •  Advise on new product development and associated projects within Vitalograph Ltd. •  Involvement in client meetings/bid-defence meetings •  Attending scientific and industry-related conferences in a sales capacity for Vitalograph. Outline of skills required: •  Expert understanding and practical experience of Respiratory Function Testing •  Good understanding of GCP •  Willingness to maintain and update area of expertise •  Good organisational skills  •  Excellent attention to detail •  Ability to demonstrate/train on Respiratory equipment •  Clear communication and presentation skills
