Responsibilities
Support clients with booking requests for vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
Gather and organize reservation information to facilitate accurate travel arrangements
Research available travel options, pricing, accommodations, and supplier offerings
Review confirmations, schedules, and booking details for completeness
Provide assistance regarding reservation status, travel questions, and planning needs
Coordinate updates, modifications, and special requests as needed
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking activity
Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and travel documentation
