They are seeking a Workday Transformation Enablement Consultant to lead change management and training efforts for Workday implementations, ensuring successful adoption of Workday solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the change management and training lead across Workday implementations and AMS engagements
- Partner with functional consultants to understand Workday configuration, business process design, and downstream impacts to end users
- Conduct change impact assessments across key Workday areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation)
- Develop and execute adoption strategies aligned to client goals, timelines, and deployment approach
- Design and deliver end-user training programs, including: Role-based training strategy
- Instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Job aids, quick reference guides, and enablement materials
- Workday-specific training environments and demos
Skills
- 5-10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, ideally within ERP or HCM implementations
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Financials)
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and how configuration decisions impact end users
- Workday partner certification (any functional area)
- Experience supporting multi-country or global deployments
- Background in HR, Payroll, or Operations
- Familiarity with Workday deployment methodologies (Launch, Launch Express, or similar)
