ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to support an upcoming performance review cycle for a global organization. The consultant will work closely with the internal Workday team to configure, test, and support performance review functionality within Workday.
Responsibilities
- Configure and test Workday Talent and Performance functionality for an upcoming review cycle
- Support performance review processes including self-assessments, manager reviews, 360 reviews, calibration, and related communications
- Partner with internal Workday and HR stakeholders to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing
- Assist with process readiness before launch and provide support while the review cycle is active
- Identify potential configuration risks, process gaps, or opportunities for improvement
- Provide clear guidance on what is possible within Workday and where alternative approaches may be needed
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Skills
- Hands-on Workday Talent and Performance configuration experience
- Experience supporting performance review cycles in Workday
- Strong understanding of self-assessment, manager assessment, 360 review, and calibration processes
- Experience with Workday testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ability to work from defined requirements and translate them into Workday configuration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Consultative approach with the ability to challenge assumptions and recommend better solutions when appropriate
- Experience with global performance review cycles
- Experience with goals, feedback, talent review, succession, or broader Workday Talent functionality
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
