The Vice President of Revenue Operations plays a crucial role in driving sustainable revenue growth by leading the revenue operations team and serving as a strategic partner to the GTM leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive highly productive and scalable go-to-market teams to enhance market reach and efficiency
- Build and drive a highly effective and accurate process for weekly bookings forecasts, supporting revenue predictability
- Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization
- Implement and enhance balanced compensation and quota systems that align with organizational goals
- Implement and enhance high-impact sales enablement functions that increase sales productivity and reduce ramp-up times for new sales hires
Skills
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations
- 5+ years of experience in problem solving (systems & process)
- 5+ years of experience in metrics development & reporting
- 25-50% travel required
