Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lumenis is a global pioneer in energy-based medical technologies, seeking driven sales professionals to join their team. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving capital equipment sales, expanding customer relationships, and developing new business in the Aesthetics market while managing complex sales cycles and building trusted partnerships with physicians and practice owners.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts and uncovering opportunities across practices and med spas
- Own the Sales Process: Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce and partnering with regional leadership to execute territory growth strategies and performance
- Build Customer Partnerships & Stay Connected: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success, and represent Lumenis at training, events, and territory travel to drive business growth
Skills
- 4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, supported by high personal accountability, urgency, follow-through, and strong pipeline and territory management capabilities
- Valid driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
