They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a fast-moving team developing internal tools for their content organization, focusing on creating a high-quality user experience across various product surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX for internal AI-powered dashboards, the primary surface for 100+ users
- Own the design process across 4-6 internal product surfaces, from research to shipped UI
- Establish and maintain a lightweight design system to ensure consistency across all team surfaces
- Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows, including agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and real-time reporting
- Simplify complex, multi-source data views into single-screen experiences that eliminate context-switching
- Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a pod-based model for rapid iteration and minimal process overhead
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to ensure tools are usable and adopted across the organization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS, or developer platforms
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows
- Self-directed work style with proven ability to operate as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required; formal education is not mandatory
- Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Design, Codex) and the ability to implement designs directly
- Experience designing for AI/ML-powered features or agentic systems
- Experience building and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems
