You're a fully licensed clinician in the Tacoma area — LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW — who wants a high-paying part-time telehealth caseload without the overhead of private practice. The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Case consultations and clinical team discussions are a regular part of the role.

What You Need
Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington (required — we cannot hire other license types at this time)
Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care
Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
Availability during afternoon/evening hours
Preferred
CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality experience
School-based or pediatric clinical background
Active NPI and CAQH
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Pay Range
$75—$115 USD
