Right now, we are looking for a compassionate, technically curious, and customer-obsessed Remote Technical Customer Service Representative to join our growing team supporting a leading brand in intelligent parenting products and connected baby care technology. This is a 100% remote, work-at-home opportunity based in the United States, where you will provide world-class service via phone, email, and chat, with phone being the primary channel. Training and Onboarding at careerzynith

At careerzynith, we invest in our team members from day one. Our virtual training program for the Technical Customer Service Representative role is fully paid and designed to set you up for long-term success. The next training class begins March 22, 2024, running Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time. During training, you will learn careerzynith culture, brand voice, product details, troubleshooting methodologies, and the tools you will use to serve customers. After training, you will transition into a supportive production environment with ongoing coaching, mentorship, and continued learning opportunities.
