Nova 401(k) Associates is a vibrant, growing, national third-party administration firm looking to fill a remote DC Account Manager position with a specialty in tax-exempt entities. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, managing 401(k) plans, and ensuring superior client service while collaborating with various departments within the company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate
- Maintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities
- Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
- Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures
- Pro-actively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
- Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
Skills
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of critical thinking
- Committed to lifelong learning and coaching
- Industry designation a plus
- Four-year college degree a plus
