They are looking for a Talent Sourcer/ Recruiter to build talent pipelines for various sectors including fashion, apparel, beauty, and lifestyle, while collaborating with teams in New York and Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Source talent for active, upcoming, and ongoing searches across fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer sectors
- Support New York and Los Angeles business teams by identifying talent across key fashion and consumer markets
- Partner closely with the Talent Solutions team to understand client brands, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of functions and levels
- Execute strategic outreach to engage both active and passive candidates
- Review resumes, portfolios, and online profiles to assess alignment with role requirements and brand fit
- Stay current on brand partners, industry trends, and relevant talent pools
- Provide pipeline updates, sourcing insights, and market feedback to internal teams
- Support sourcing efforts tied to new business opportunities and prospective client needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within systems such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
- Uphold high standards of organization, responsiveness, and data accuracy
- Participate in virtual recruiting events and, if based in the Los Angeles area, attend onsite events as needed to support recruiting efforts
- Provide administrative support as needed, including posting roles and helping maintain efficient workflows
Skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions and shifting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or a similar sourcing platform
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
