They are seeking a Systems Analyst to support planning, maintenance, and deployment of technology across the customer’s client environment, involving software tools and custom scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Use KACE systems management tools to inventory, provision, deploy, secure, update, and troubleshoot end-user devices
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating system devices for reliable day-to-day operation
- Develop stand-alone deployment media for systems not integrated into the customer’s enterprise management environment
- Create custom reports to provide enhanced operational visibility
- Provide Tier 2/3 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution involving hardware, software, operating systems, or network components
- Support directory and policy management through tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy
- Perform proactive monitoring and issue alerting for mission-critical systems, including servers, networks (wired and wireless), and virtualization platforms
Skills
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance
- Experience with KACE systems management tools, including creation, updating, and maintenance of deployment packages
- Knowledge of MSI/Windows Installer services
- Scripting experience using VBScript, AutoIt, PowerShell, or similar tools
- Background in installing, configuring, and maintaining AD, GPO, Microsoft server, and desktop operating systems
- Experience administering Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Machines
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as ACAS
- Experience with triage and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Must meet IAT Level II baseline (Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP+, GSEC, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CCSP, CISA, CISSP or Associate) or be able to do so within 6 months of hire
- Certifications related to enterprise systems management tools
- Experience with Linux distributions (such as Red Hat or Kali)
