The Supply Chain Program Manager will lead initiatives within the Integrated Supply Chain Organization, focusing on the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and program management.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include Phase Ins, Phase Outs, Sustaining, and Process Improvement
- Monitors KPIs and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives
- Proactively partners with cross- functional team members to ensure timely execution of program deliverables and takes initiative to resolve program risks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
