Position Overview – Student Success Coach (Remote)
The Student Success Coach is a pivotal member of careerzynith’s student services team. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will serve as a trusted advisor, motivator, and problem‑solver for a portfolio of enrolled students. Your daily interactions—primarily via phone, email, and our secure messaging platform—will help students navigate enrollment, coursework, and career planning. Key Responsibilities

- Data Management & Reporting: Accurately document all student interactions in careerzynith’s CRM system, track progress metrics, and generate weekly reports for leadership review.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on careerzynith’s evolving academic policies, program offerings, and technology platforms, and share best practices with teammates.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in academic support, admissions counseling, customer service, human resources, or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment cycles, and student‑success frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional phone presence and active‑listening abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, enabling accurate record‑keeping and timely follow‑up.

Work Schedule & Environment
This is a full‑time, remote position with a structured 40‑hour work week. careerzynith’s call‑center operates Monday‑Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm CDT and Friday‑Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm CDT. While we hire candidates from all U.S. time zones, you must be able to work during these core hours to ensure consistent coverage for our students. You will receive a stipend for home‑office equipment, a reliable internet connection, and ongoing technical support to keep you productive and comfortable.
