Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role involves managing projects from concept through execution while partnering closely with operations and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital projects from planning through implementation and closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets and execution activities across multiple facilities
- Oversee approximately six active projects at a time
- Support roughly $3M in annual capital spending initiatives
- Partner directly with operations, maintenance and process engineering teams
- Ensure projects meet safety and environmental compliance standards
- Coordinate contractors, construction activities and plant resources
- Travel to manufacturing facilities to oversee implementation and project execution
- Provide project updates, reporting and stakeholder communication
Skills
- 5+ years of capital project management experience within manufacturing environments
- Strong plant-floor experience working alongside operations and maintenance teams
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel 25–50% as project demands require
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 10–15 years of overall engineering experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering highly preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience within chemical manufacturing, refining, distilleries or food and beverage environments preferred
