Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Qcells North America is a leading manufacturer and provider of solar photovoltaic products and solutions. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product requirements and translate business needs into platform scope, contributing to overall business strategy and product vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch while partnering with the business and engineering teams to deploy new products and features
- Partner with business leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other functional areas to understand strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and operational challenges
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product requirements and act as business architect; transpose the requirements into user stories. Conduct UAT as the business stakeholder for developed features
- Work with business leaders to develop roadmaps for technical execution within your domain while utilizing Agile best practices
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience at a tactical and transactional level. Become the SME for your product domain with business leaders and stakeholders
- Ensure product documentation is current and accessible to stakeholders
Skills
- 5 – 8 years of experience in relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in a FinTech environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business analytical skills with the capability of identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing product use data
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Intellectual curiosity, strong creative problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in the solar or clean energy industry
- Familiarity with residential solar selling tools like Aurora, Solo, etc
- 5+ years in relevant Product Management experience
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
