Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iris Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for their educational client. The role focuses on process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Elicits product requirements and articulate as features
- Participates in requirements analysis and prioritization
- Works with IT and other FCEs to translate product requirements into development demands
- Dynamically supports development activities, clarifies business requirements and supports test case development Manages backlogs actively
- Assists in creation of features / user stories documentation and conducts general coordination of building out the product
- Coordinates dependencies across FCEs and tracks / reports progress
- Adheres to ethical; standards and complies with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
- Documented business requirements
- Spreadsheets and other documents to provide financial support and presentations to customers
- Project plans and scope documents
- Recommendations for product enhancement to improve productivity for business units and IT
- Research, interviews and data analysis in order to create business cases for projects
- Preliminary investigations for project requests, review of requirements, specifications, testing, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with ETS’s business objectives
Skills
- Six Sigma, Black Belt is a must
- Focus on process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with data, analytics, AI, and automation programs is beneficial
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and process design skills
