Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm seeking an accomplished Sr. EpicCare Ambulatory / MyChart Analyst. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing Epic applications, enhancing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions in a diverse ambulatory care environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Epic applications across a diverse ambulatory care environment
- Enhance workflows, support clinical operations, and drive system improvements for Primary and Preventive Care services, Sleep Medicine, and patient engagement initiatives
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of EpicCare Ambulatory and related Epic applications
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement effective Epic solutions
- Support ambulatory workflows across specialties including Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Psychiatry/Behavioral Health, and additional Primary and Preventive Care specialties
- Lead and support initiatives related to Sleep Medicine workflows and documentation
- Configure, maintain, and optimize MyChart patient-entered questionnaires and related patient engagement tools
- Manage incidents, requests, and enhancement work through ServiceNow and established IT service management processes
- Participate in testing, validation, upgrades, and implementation activities
- Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-user support for Epic applications
- Support reporting and workflow optimization efforts, including RWB (Reporting Workbench) functionality
Skills
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of Epic analyst experience or demonstrated experience at a Senior Analyst level
- Strong experience supporting and configuring EpicCare Ambulatory workflows
- Experience working with Epic applications and ServiceNow
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Epic MyChart Certification (highly preferred)
