They are seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Marketing to lead category strategy and commercial growth across North America, focusing on marketing strategies for GLP-1 nutrition ingredients and building growth strategies for various food and beverage applications.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the company's global marketing strategy for its GLP-1 nutrition ingredients portfolio
- Identifying emerging opportunities across proteins, fibres, prebiotics, hydrocolloids, and functional ingredient systems
- Building category growth strategies for key food and beverage applications including RTDs, meal replacements, bars, dairy, and snacks
- Partnering with R&D and Applications teams to translate science into compelling customer propositions
- Leading market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives
- Developing value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and commercial toolkits for global sales teams
- Acting as the voice of the customer to influence innovation pipeline priorities
- Representing the business at industry events, customer workshops, and strategic partner meetings
Skills
- 10+ years of experience within food ingredients, functional ingredients, or specialty ingredients marketing
- Strong knowledge of proteins, fibres, gut health ingredients, or nutritional systems
- Experience building category strategies within B2B food and beverage markets
- Understanding of the commercial implications of GLP-1 adoption on food and beverage consumption patterns
- Ability to translate technical science into compelling commercial narratives
- Experience working closely with global commercial and innovation teams
