They are seeking a Sr Creative Operations Manager to lead creative teams in delivering high-performing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing creative operations for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative pods to deliver high-performing, Class A campaigns on time
- Drive creative testing, innovation, and scale-up of winning ad concepts
- Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all assets
- Implement agile workflows and optimize creative operations for efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics to guide data-driven creative decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative strategy with business goals
- Mentor and grow top creative talent, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification is a plus)
- 5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce, with a proven record of high-impact, scalable outputs
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business results
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and advertising principles
- Strong strategic planning and prioritization abilities, with flawless execution under tight deadlines
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, turning insights into creative growth strategies
- Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
