[Remote] Sr Business Consultant-Remote

The role involves identifying customer problems, developing value propositions, and becoming a trusted advisor while engaging with various stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer-facing activities
• Analyze growth opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and recommend product development needs
• Analyze customer operations; recommend process change
• Develop targeted solutions and value propositions
• Present recommended solution and value proposition to prospects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• 50% Travel

Skills

• 6 or more years' experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics
• Relationship responsibility for managing Accounts, Suppliers or Vendors
• Technical understanding of software solutions and SaaS
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong logistics, distribution, supply chain, or warehouse management systems experience
• Significant consulting experience in a B2B environment; or Solution selling
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Experience with financial management and analysis
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• Ability to achieve results through influence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed-team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers across a broader organization
