They are seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for their Flow Cytometry solutions portfolio, focusing on driving growth through integrated campaigns and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives for the Flow Cytometry portfolio
- Develop messaging and value propositions grounded in real scientific workflows, customer pain points, and buyer needs
- Help define target segments, buyer personas, key use cases, and growth opportunities across both sales-led and product-led motions
- Partner with Product and Commercial GTM teams to shape sales plays, product narratives, and market-facing messaging
- Support product launches, campaign rollouts, and growth initiatives across the portfolio
- Ensure positioning supports both enterprise/sales-led opportunities and lower-friction product-led acquisition paths
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, content, paid media, and tradeshow/ event channels
- Increase inbound demand through SEO, website optimization, campaign strategy, content programs, paid digital, and conversion-focused initiatives
- Partner with demand generation and marketing operations teams to optimize campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Own campaign strategy and execution aligned to growth objectives across both PLG and SLG motions
- Monitor and improve conversion metrics across the full marketing funnel, from awareness and engagement through trials, purchases, leads, opportunities, and revenue
- Support product-led growth initiatives including free trials, online purchases, self-service conversion paths, and customer onboarding programs
- Develop programs that help users understand product value quickly and move from trial to adoption, purchase, expansion, or sales engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through automation, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and targeted communications
- Support strategies to grow new users, increase product adoption, and drive revenue from online and self-service channels
- Develop compelling scientific and commercial content including webinars, blogs, customer stories, presentations, campaign assets, nurture content, and event materials
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated value for scientific audiences
- Support thought leadership initiatives and scientific community engagement
- Partner with internal SMEs and external customers to amplify success stories, use cases, and industry relevance
- Create collateral that supports sales conversations, campaign execution, events, and customer education
- Support website strategy, SEO, conversion optimization, and inbound marketing initiatives
- Leverage marketing automation, segmentation, nurture programs, and lifecycle communications to improve engagement and conversion
- Help manage and optimize the marketing database for the Flow Cytometry portfolio, including audience segmentation, data quality, campaign targeting, and list growth
- Explore and implement AI tools and modern marketing workflows to accelerate execution, improve personalization, and scale impact
- Support tradeshows, scientific conferences, webinars, and field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and pipeline
- Develop event messaging, booth support materials, presentations, and campaign assets that align with portfolio growth objectives
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry, cytometry software, or a related life sciences/scientific domain
- Experience developing and executing measurable marketing campaigns that drive leads, trials, pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement
- Strong understanding of scientific buyer journeys, research workflows, and customer decision-making
- Ability to translate technical and scientific concepts into compelling customer-facing messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Scientific SMEs, Marketing Operations, and Demand Generation teams
- Familiarity with modern digital marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, performance analytics, and campaign optimization
- Experience supporting both sales-led and product-led growth motions
- Experience marketing scientific software, bioinformatics, cytometry, or research technology solutions
- Experience with PLG programs such as free trials, online purchases, onboarding journeys, lifecycle marketing, and self-service conversion
- Experience with performance marketing channels including paid digital, SEO, email automation, webinar programs, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing or supporting marketing databases, segmentation, list growth, and campaign targeting
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness
- Experience supporting conferences, scientific events, tradeshows, and field marketing programs
- Experience building collateral and content that supports both marketing campaigns and sales conversations
- Strong blend of scientific credibility and commercial mindset
