The role involves building relationships with creators, managing TikTok campaigns, and ensuring effective communication and organization within the team.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and scale our TikTok Shop and Affiliate program from the ground up, recruiting creators and growing sales through content they genuinely believe in
- Find and welcome creators in the fitness and nutrition space whose audience and values feel right at home with ours
- Set clear, fair partnership terms, handle product seeding, and make sure every creator knows exactly what to expect
- Keep an eye on how affiliates are performing, celebrate your top partners, and give the ones who are close a little extra support to get there
- Be the friendly, reliable point of contact creators can count on — the kind of partner who turns a one-time collab into a lasting relationship
- Guide creators on our products, message, and goals while giving them the creative freedom to sound like themselves. Authentic always wins
- Keep creators motivated and engaged through steady communication, thoughtful incentives, and a genuine sense of community
- When questions or hiccups come up, sort them out quickly and kindly, so every creator walks away feeling valued
- Stay ahead of what’s trending on TikTok — the sounds, formats, and moments — and share what you’re seeing with the wider team
- Team up with marketing to keep creator content on-message and connected to our bigger campaigns
- Track the metrics that matter — views, engagement, conversions, and ROI — and turn them into clear, honest takeaways we can act on
- Manage the behind-the-scenes details: contracts, payments, product logistics, content calendars, and approvals
- Build simple, organized systems so no creator, deadline, or deliverable ever slips through the cracks
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and fulfillment to keep every campaign on track
Skills
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, ideally including TikTok Shop and the Affiliate / Creator marketplace or at least a passion to learn
- Experience with creator, influencer, or affiliate management — whether from internships, personal projects, or your first role out of school — you know how to spot great talent and build trust fast
- A genuine curiosity about fitness and nutrition and the positive impact they can have on people's lives — you're eager to understand this community and learn what resonates
- Serious organizational skills. You can keep a growing roster of creators, deadlines, and deliverables moving without missing a beat
- Warm, clear communication and the confidence to negotiate and set expectations while making people feel supported, not pressured
- Comfort with data — you can let the numbers guide your next move
- A self-starter's spirit and the ability to juggle several projects at once in a fast-moving environment
- Existing relationships with fitness and nutrition creators, or a network you can tap into
- Experience with affiliate or influencer platforms and running UGC (user-generated content) campaigns
- A background creating content yourself — you have an instinct for what works on TikTok
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management tools
- Experience with e-commerce or DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands, especially in health and wellness
