Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Specialist for a leading Consumer Goods Manufacturing Company. This role is focused on creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing community interactions, while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and relevance.
Responsibilities
- Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Design static graphics and edit short-form videos using brand guidelines and current trends
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy
- Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs
- Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
- Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience in community management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
