The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for converting leads into paying customers by identifying pain points and closing business, while working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials with new prospects of BILL to paying customers
- Identifying customer pain points
- Closing business
- Prioritizing your book of business
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of closing experience
- Organized and process-oriented while being creative and excited to try new approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to make 60+ outbound calls per day
- High motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual
- Strong time-management skills
- Flexibility and Adaptability - Ability to take and provide feedback
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Quick to build rapport and drive urgency on short sales cycles
- Managing a high number of deals simultaneously
- Familiar with CRM systems and able to update
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
