Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Black Rifle Coffee Company is a veteran-founded company serving premium coffee and is seeking a Marketing SkillBridge Extern. This role involves gaining hands-on experience in product marketing, project management, and executing marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication
- Assist with product launches and category marketing initiatives
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to support marketing strategy
- Help organize campaign assets and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
- Track campaign performance and assist with marketing reporting and post-campaign analysis
- Support retail marketing initiatives and brand activations
- Participate in marketing planning meetings and collaborate across Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, Creative, and Communications teams
Skills
- Active-duty service member approved or eligible to participate in the DOD SkillBridge Program ideally with at least 120 days of eligibility
- Strong interest in marketing, brand management, project management, or consumer products
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Exposure to project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing, retail marketing, or consumer brands
- Interest in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or eCommerce marketing
