The role involves conducting SEO audits, developing keyword strategies, optimizing on-page elements, and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Full SEO audit across the three TWF sites
- Keyword strategy by vertical: workforce strategy, behavioral health workforce, hospitality staffing, MBE professional services, government contracting workforce
- On-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking
- Technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, crawl, sitemap, robots, structured data
- Content brief authorship for blog and resource hub pages
- Monthly ranking and traffic reporting
- Pipeline attribution: which organic visits convert to inbound conversations
Skills
- 3-7 years B2B SEO experience
- Tool fluency: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4
- Schema markup, structured data, technical SEO depth
- Content brief authorship - you can hand a writer a brief that ranks
- Documented traffic growth stories on prior client sites
- Vertical SEO depth in workforce, healthcare, professional services, or hospitality
