Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy custom SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) workflows for provisioning, de‑provisioning, and lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Develop and maintain correlation rules, access certification campaigns, and role‑based access control (RBAC) models that align with business policies.
- Integrate SailPoint with a variety of enterprise applications using Web Services, REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and custom provisioning rules.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional software and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions into existing and new applications.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and managing IAM solutions in an enterprise setting, preferably with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes and custom lifecycle management workflows.
- Strong knowledge of identity governance concepts, including access certification, RBAC, role mining, and federation.
- Proficiency with integration technologies such as Web Services, RESTful APIs, SCIM, and provisioning rule scripting.
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure components: Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, and related middleware.
