Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. The Senior Product Manager, Remote Build will help customers connect their existing systems, workflows, and applications to Remote's global employment platform, shaping integrations and apps that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs. Understand data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries
- Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability
- Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners. Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical specs, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery
- Sweat the details of data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability so integrations work well in real customer workflows
- Establish and track KPIs for technical performance, customer outcomes, and business impact, including adoption, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Codify repeatable patterns, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks that help customers adopt integrations and apps faster
- Turn integration learnings into clear, actionable feedback for Remote teams — what to add, fix, and improve across APIs, CLIs, and the product overall
Skills

- Outstanding Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex technical integrations to non-technical executives and clearly articulate value to external partners
- Language: Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English
