Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hyperproof is on a mission to transform the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) world with a powerful new software platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of product initiatives that serve their customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- You’ll conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry standards, and customer demands
- You’ll monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and build quick functional prototypes to validate new product ideas and improvements
- You’ll represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in GRC in industry events and discussions
- You'll be a relentless advocate for customers and partners, ensuring their needs shape every product decision from discovery through delivery
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a product role and have scaled a product to enterprise customers
- Proven ability to serve as the primary product voice in customer engagements - moving beyond the stated ask to uncover the real business need and translate it into clear product direction
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to build alignment and clarity with engineers, business stakeholders, and customers alike
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach
- A genuine passion for delivering product experiences that create measurable value for customers. You don't just ship features
- Proven ability to manage complex, competing workstreams while balancing near-term deliverables against longer-term strategic product bets
- You're genuinely curious. You're not satisfied with the stated problem, you instinctively dig until you find the real one
- Someone who raises the bar for the people around them through candor, generosity, and real investment in the team's success
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Note: you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You have experience in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity domain
