They are seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to uncover and communicate insights from data to support business decisions and enhance data integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data; draw conclusions based on business or functional frameworks; apply statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to extract meaningful patterns and business insights; present conclusions that enable data-driven business decisions
- Develop project-based Power BI dashboards or reports and apply strategic thinking to user experience, consolidation, and modernization of data, driving insights from T&C Data Analytics Team products
- Understand and analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data from multiple sources to identify inconsistencies and make recommendations; work to improve data integrity and advance KPI/metrics definition and reporting
- Manage the development and delivery of management reports, analytics, and executive summaries to ensure alignment with corporate timelines and standards, providing insights for decision-making
- Partner with functions, HRBAs to ensure effective delivery of T&C analysis, fostering a unified approach to data management
Skills
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields
- Experience negotiating and communicating with C-Suite executives
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and SSRS
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Alteryx
- Ability to present findings using data to drive business insights and outcomes
- Master's degree
