Educated Solutions Corp is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager for their client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm. The role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns for commercial properties, collaborating with sales teams, and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns for commercial real estate properties across multiple U.S. markets
- Partner with brokerage teams and clients to develop customized marketing strategies that maximize property visibility and leasing opportunities
- Create and present marketing concepts, campaign strategies, and promotional materials to internal stakeholders and clients
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, timelines, budgets, and campaign objectives for high-profile property listings
- Coordinate the production of marketing deliverables including presentations, digital campaigns, brochures, and other promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports with recommendations for optimization
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Serve as a subject matter expert on property marketing strategy, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across multiple regions
- Mentor and support team members while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Assist with special marketing initiatives and strategic projects as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, property marketing, commercial real estate marketing, or related fields
- Experience leading complex marketing campaigns from concept through execution
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule when supporting projects across multiple time zones
- Candidates must live in one of these cities: Washington DC, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, New York, Phoenix, or Miami
- Commercial real estate marketing experience
- Leadership or team management experience
- Experience developing marketing budgets and tracking campaign performance
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and client-facing marketing strategies
