[Remote] Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives. The role involves managing project schedules, risks, and stakeholder interactions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• The PM is responsible for managing project schedule, risks/issues, status reports, compiling estimates from developers and QA, coordinating meetings, interaction with client and internal stakeholders, status checkpoints
• Creating project plans and schedules
• Status reports and executive briefings
• Risk and issue logs
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes

Skills

• 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience
• Experience leading highly technical teams and delivering complex systems
• Prior experience working within a large global enterprise company managing complex, highly visible projects involving multiple workstreams
• This role requires a strong blend of technical project delivery, stakeholder leadership, and vendor management across multiple workstreams
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable driving alignment across cross-functional teams while maintaining strict timelines and high-quality deliverables
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks, with the ability to apply both effectively
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, including web-based applications and enterprise systems
• Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated success managing vendors and third-party partners
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
• Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps and/or similar project management tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP certification is ideal
