Makesy is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead ecommerce growth across its portfolio of beauty, home, wellness, and lifestyle brands. The role involves designing and implementing growth strategies, managing traffic across various channels, and optimizing the customer journey to enhance conversion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth strategies for ecommerce channels across multiple brands
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, repeat purchase, retention, and funnel performance
- Continuously optimize the sales funnel, customer journey, product pages, landing pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experience
- Manage and grow traffic through SEO, AEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate programs, Amazon, social commerce, and omnichannel campaigns
- Improve site navigation, merchandising, search, checkout, and overall ecommerce performance
- Oversee CRM, email, SMS, segmentation, loyalty, and automation initiatives to increase customer engagement and repeat purchase
- Identify market opportunities, customer insights, product trends, and new growth initiatives across current and emerging brands
- Support product launches, promotional calendars, content strategy, campaign execution, and performance testing
- Partner with creative, brand, product, and operations teams to bring growth ideas to life quickly and effectively
Skills
- Experience growing CPG ecommerce brands where product education, content, community, and storytelling are key to conversion
- Ability to think strategically and spot opportunities quickly
- Experience in designing and implementing ecommerce growth strategies across multiple brands
