Job Description
An employer is looking for a Senior Golang Developer to sit remotely. Initially, you will join the team and do discovery to ramp up and familiarize yourself with the code base. From there, you will primarily be tasked with building Golang based GraphQL web services for the clients ecommerce platform. You will be joining the checkout/ cart team and enhancing, optimizing, and building various services/ APIs. You will help optimize digital ordering channels and technology innovations. You will create scalable, interactive applications and write comprehensive unit tests. You will maintain these services while helping build new features for the applications. Additional tasks will include architecting, designing, optimizing, and refactor code for peak performance, order tracking, and help evaluate new features based on priority.

7-10 years experience in back-end engineering, APIs, web services, etc.
Expert Golang development skills
Experience with consuming/ creating GraphQL web services
Well versed with Kubernetes and containerization
Experience With Kafka Or Other Event Driven Systems
Knowledge of gRPC
Experience in microservices and CICD environments (Gitlab)
Database knowledge- PostgresSQL/ NoSQL
Nice To Have Skills & Experience
React/ React Native experience
AWS
