They are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team, focusing on revenue analysis and board-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Model & Forecast: Maintain and scale complex revenue forecasting models, tracking recurring revenue (ARR/MRR), churn, expansion, and customer lifetime value
- Variance Analysis: Perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) to identify key performance drivers and anomalies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and pricing strategies
- Data Integrity: Collaborate with Data/BI teams to ensure data pipelines and revenue metrics are accurate, consistent, and scalable
- Executive Presentations: Own the preparation of financial decks, graphics, and commentary for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and investor relations
- Narrative Building: Synthesize complex financial results into clear, concise, and actionable narratives for external stakeholders
- KPI Tracking: Design and maintain executive dashboards highlighting critical SaaS/business metrics, financial health, and strategic growth pillars
- Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects: Support the executive team with ad-hoc financial modeling, M&A scenarios, or long-range strategic planning
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Strategic Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, financial modeling best practices, large datasets)
- High proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides with a proven eye for visual storytelling and professional formatting
- A self-starter with a high degree of ownership, execution focus, and laser-sharp attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting 'the story behind the numbers' to senior executives
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or venture-backed/PE-backed companies is highly preferred
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Mosaic) and BI tools (e.g., Sigma, PowerBI) is a major plus
