[Remote] Senior Director, Technical Program Management -AI/ML (Remote Eligible)

They are seeking a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead programs focused on AI and Machine Learning, while building a world-class team and delivering high reliability, real-time experiences for customers. Responsibilities • Lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale data products & platforms • Help build the next-generation Generative AI platform and tools as the backbone of the company’s AI Information • Work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle • Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers • Lead technology focused discussions with senior leadership • Provide valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions • Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives • Grow and develop a team of TPMs while building the foundations for the TPM practice • Work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done Skills • At least 9 years of experience in technical program management • Bachelor's degree • 9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing • 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture.
