The role involves executing controls assurance activities, supporting compliance efforts, and collaborating with teams to identify security risk mitigation needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute controls assurance activities leveraging existing control framework to identify technology risks, review existing control implementation, and support compliance efforts
- Support compliance evidence requests review and collection to ensure control activity documentation meets compliance requirements
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify security risk mitigation needs
- Maintain compliance documentation, including audit evidence and controls
Skills
- 3–5 years of GRC / Audit / Compliance experience
- Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, External Audit, or similar roles
- Knowledge of Information Security Controls
- Understanding of technology risk assessments, control reviews, control testing, and compliance documentation
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Knowledge
- Functional knowledge of identity and access security domains, along with security best practices
- Experience with Compliance Frameworks
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following: SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITGC Controls, NIST CSF
- Strong Project Management & Communication Skills
- Ability to manage compliance activities, collect audit evidence, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
