The role involves independently managing day-to-day admin operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, record types, page layouts, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using external services, plugins, and middleware
- Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience
- Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles
- Keep up with Salesforce releases and features, recommending improvements that benefit the organization
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Skills
- 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in declarative tools — flows, process builder, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and security/permissions management
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Works well in a team environment, with strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to train and teach other team members on basic Salesforce functions, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidance
- Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project
