We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Workwarp, a leading company in the flexible packaging industry. As a remote Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business development, expanding our presence across the United States, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts in the flexible packaging industry
• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and industry events
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their packaging requirements
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance and market trends
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to better serve clients and adapt sales strategies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, processes, and industry standards (a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
