Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is dedicated to advancing the standard of care for surgical management of bunion and related midfoot deformities. They are seeking a Sales Representative who will become a subject matter expert in their products, build customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing to innovate and enhance user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings
- Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience
- The ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%)
- Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments
- Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios
- A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
