Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Sr. Associate- Sales Marketing to work for one of our top global tech clients. In this role, you’ll help create impactful sales collateral while keeping all content organized, up to date, and easy to use.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality sales enablement materials including presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, whitepapers, customer stories, infographics, webinars, product videos, and training guides
- Create compelling content that simplifies technical product features into clear customer-facing messaging
- Design polished presentations using Google Slides, Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign, or similar design tools
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams
- Maintain and organize sales collateral, ensuring content remains current and accessible
- Help build scalable content management and enablement processes
- Support product launches and integrated marketing initiatives
- Analyze engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve adoption and effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Marketing Enablement, or Sales Marketing
- Experience creating sales collateral and training materials
- Strong presentation design skills
- Experience with Google Slides, Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign, or similar design software
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into customer-friendly messaging
