BairesDev is the leading Nearshore Technology Solutions company in America, seeking a Sales Director to source, nurture, and close new clients in the Financial Services sector. The role involves building strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and managing complex sales cycles to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with a remit across industries and a primary focus on Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Fintech, and Investment Management) industries
- Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities
- Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients' senior executives
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client's needs and achieve their desired business outcomes
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals
- Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the complex sales cycle
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in business development, institutional sales, relationship management, or client advisory within the financial services sector
- Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within financial services or institutional markets
- Excellent understanding of the Financial Services industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships
- Must have a strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory compliance technology, trading platforms, and technological challenges commonly faced in the financial services industry
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Native English or fully bilingual (English)
