Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Episode Six (E6) is a leading global provider of modern cards and ledger infrastructure. They are seeking a Sales Director to join their US team, responsible for sourcing and managing new business development opportunities and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, managing and closing new business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for strong revenue growth
- Sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with clients and their key personnel
- Identifying and developing business opportunities with existing clients
- Assisting in developing strategies and materials in support of the Company’s overall sales and business development efforts
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively, escalating and resolving areas of concerns raised by clients
Skills
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Institutions and fintech/card issuing space
- Proven experience in payments or issuer processing technology
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport both internally and externally
- Knowledge of payments products and technology with ability to learn and grow
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fluid and fast-paced business environments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams
- Ability to grow into leadership positions
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tooling
- Authorization to work in either the U.S. or Canada is a precondition of employment at E6
- Fluency in Spanish will be an advantage
