Remote Sales Consultant

This is not an entry-level role - and not for average producers.   We’re hiring a small group of experienced sales professionals to handle high-intent inbound demand.   If you’re used to hitting quota, managing your pipeline, and closing consistently—you’ll fit in here quickly.   We’re a growing life insurance brokerage with a steady flow of inbound leads. No cold prospecting. No chasing uninterested prospects. Your role is to guide, advise, and close.   What makes this different: Inbound, pre-qualified leads (not self-generated) Shorter sales cycle vs. most commission roles Fully remote with control over your schedule Structured onboarding, scripts, and ongoing mentorship   What we’re looking for: Proven track record in sales (quota-carrying role preferred) Strong closing ability and follow-up discipline High ownership—no handholding needed Comfortable in a performance-based environment   What this is not: A salaried or hourly position A fit for those new to sales   If you’re confident in your ability to sell and want a higher-leverage environment, apply to start the conversation.
